Onboarding

Athletes answer a few quick questions to get a personalized mental training plan.

Choose Your Focus Areas

Select what you want to improve: confidence, focus, overcoming nerves, etc.

Start Training

Once their plan is set, they dive into interactive training modules. Including short videos, guided exercises and reflection prompts — all designed by sport psychologists.

Track Progress

As they train, the app tracks their progress, updates recommendations, and reinforces consistency.
